Merchants highly recommend this app for its professional, customizable email templates that enhance Shopify store branding. They appreciate the user-friendly interface, ability to update all templates simultaneously, and features like discount sections and product recommendations. The app is noted for its simplicity and effectiveness, with a support team praised for their responsiveness and helpfulness in resolving issues quickly.
Their programing is messed up. Cannot order a new template without renewing the current one. I am not paying $198.00 just to get the same newer template without errors. Customer service was zero help. You have to cont them to have logos replaced or removed.
Our apologies you had a bad experience and couldn't update your email design. We've found and fixed the issue that was causing it now so you can login and update your designs again 🙂

Orderly are so fantastic, I've never received such great customer service from a company. We were having some technical issues with uploading imagery, and Lauro went above and beyond to help upload the imagery for us. So friendly and so speedy, was such a huge help at a very stressful time!
In addition to their customer service, the app itself is phenomenal, with excellent customisation options. Our Shopify emails now perfectly match our Klaviyo emails, and are so beautifully on brand. I couldn't recommend Orderly enough. Thank you so so much!
